What are six things you could never do without?
Sleep, Water, Music, Singing, Love, Nature.
How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
To gather information about industry trends, to learn about new creative endeavors, and to network for my acting career.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
Twitter or Facebook?
Both. :-) They're different.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
Halle Berry. Terrence Howard. Clint Eastwood / Malpaso.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
Because, You, Are, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
Have you ever unfollowed someone? Who and why?
More than one, due to persistent foul language, spam tweets or spam DM. I try to review timelines carefully before following to avoid that.
Why should we vote for you?
I am a tweet curator who reaches out to Entertainment Professionals via Social Media to promote undiscovered talent and projects.
Terms you wish would start trending on Twitter right now?
What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
@KeithKeller, the Australian Twitter Expert. His amazing tweets about Social Media inspired me for months, and now he's a personal contact!
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
How do you make your tweets unique?
When I can, by reviewing articles, videos, or projects carefully and summarizing in my own words.
What inspires you to tweet?
To share information that others find useful, to build a supportive creative community, and make someone else's day easier.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
On days when I'm more talkative, I try not to flood my timeline (take popcorn breaks, etc.).
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Add a profile picture of you, and a bio with, at minimum, a link to your website. Listen and observe carefully. Use #FF weekly.
How long can you go without a tweet?
I've gotten better. At one point was thinking in "tweets." But let's say 12 hours - so I don't feel a social media cyborg.
What question are we not asking here that we should?
How would your life change if Social Media disappeared today?
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
If they introduce free analytics, overall tweet quality may improve.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
Who is the funniest person on Twitter that you follow?
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That it is like a "Bigger Facebook" where everyone in the world can see what you say.
Why should people follow you?
I genuinely love to share relevant tips (Entertainment Industry, Social Media), make introductions and help others promote their projects.
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
How do you decide what to tweet?
I read my, and other trade publications. I follow blogs, read my Twitter timeline and lists, talk with friends and family, and live!
Why'd you start tweeting?
Because I LOVE connecting with new people. Being on Twitter is like attending the biggest, noisiest, funniest party whenever you want!
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Twitter has made the world even smaller and friendlier. And it has totally changed the way I think about my Acting career.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Observe with interest a wide range of conversations.
How will the world change in the next year?
Web will become more widely used for all entertainment.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Tweeting @ demands for reciprocation (e.g. "follow me") or announcing that others have unfollowed you.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
I'll leave that to the sci-fi writers; thinking THAT far ahead makes me very tired.
